The latest technology in heavy-duty, non-butyl cleaning whether used for pressure washing or steam cleaning equipment or scrubbing concrete floors either manually or with an automatic scrubber. It rinses very easily and completely leaving no film on the surface. This positive emulsion formula eliminates the redepositing of soils onto just cleaned areas. The corrosion additives retard and reduce the destructive forces of oxidation and rust. It is much safer to metals than competitive products that contain large amounts of caustic or acid. Can also be used to clean oilfield equipment, hot vat soak and a food service floor cleaner for quarry tile. Recommended dilutions range from 1 to 5 to 1 to 100 depending on the degree of soil and the surface to be cleaned. A good starting point would 1 to 25.
