Can be used in the critical uses such as fission reactors and other nuclear plant areas. For heavy, oily build-ups, spray on, wait a couple of minutes and wipe with a clean cloth. The non-flammable, non-caustic, non-acid formula is environmentally preferable especially in power plants, transfer stations, municipal plants, sewer and water treatment facilities. The product is ready-to-use although it can be diluted 1 to 1 for economy.
