This product is for use on hard, non-porous surfaces in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, transportation terminals, office buildings, factories, sports arenas, performance/theater centers, hotels, retail and wholesale establishments, and athletic facilities.  This product is formulated for use on hard, non-porous surfaces such as: finished floors, walls, metal, plated or stainless steel, glazed porcelain, glazed ceramic, plastic, vanity tops, bathtubs and glazed tiles, and cabinets. DIRECTIONS FOR USE-It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Please read entire label and use strictly in accordance with precautionary statements and directions. Rinse hard, non-porous food contact surfaces with potable water after application of product. This product is not for use on medical device surfaces. FOR USE AS A GENERAL DISINFECTANT, FUNGICIDE, VIRUCIDE*, DEODORIZER, CLEANER: 

1. Pre-clean visibly soiled areas.
2. Apply use solution of 2 oz. of this product per gal. of water (or equivalent use dilution) to disinfect hard, non-porous, non-food contact surfaces with a sponge, brush, cloth, mop, by immersion, auto scrubber, mechanical spray device, hand pump trigger spray device, coarse trigger spray device. For spray applications, spray 6-8 inches from surface. Do not breathe spray.
3. Treated surfaces must remain visibly wet for 10 minutes.
4. Wipe dry or allow to air dry.
5. Prepare a fresh solution daily or when visibly dirty.

TO KILL SARS-CoV-2: Pre-clean visibly soiled areas. Apply a use solution of 2 oz. of this product per gal. of water (or equivalent use dilution) to hard, non-porous surfaces. Allow treated surfaces to remain visibly wet for 2 minutes. Rinse with potable water after use on surfaces that come in contact with food. NON-ACID TOILET BOWL AND URINAL DISINFECTANT/CLEANING DIRECTIONS: Remove visible soil prior to disinfection. MILDEWSTAT -This product controls the following mold at 2 oz. per gal. of 400 ppm hard water (660 ppm active) and 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces for up to 7 days: Aspergillus niger. FUNGICIDAL ACTIVITY -This product kills the following fungi in 10 minutes at 2 oz. per gal. of 400 ppm hard water (660 ppm active) and 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Candida albicans, Trichophyton interdigitale (formerly T. mentagrophytes)  (Athlete’s foot fungus) (Ringworm fungus). DISINFECTION PERFORMANCE: This product kills the following bacteria in 10 minutes at 2 oz. per gal. of 400 ppm hard water (660 ppm active) and 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Acinetobacter baumannii, Acinetobacter Iwoffi, Bordetella bronchiseptica, Chlamydia psittaci, Citrobacter freundii, Enterobacter agglomerans, Enterobacter cloacae, Escherichia coli O157:H7, Escherichia coli (Carbapenem Resistant), Escherichia coli (Extended Spectrum B-Lactamase), Escherichia coli (Tetracycline Resistant), Enterococcus faecalis (ATCC 19433), Enterococcus faecalis (Vancomycin Resistant), Enterococcus hirae, Fusobacterium necrophorum, Klebsiella aerogenes, Klebsiella oxytoca, Klebsiella pneumoniae (ATCC 13883), Klebsiella pneumoniae (Carbapenem Resistant), Listeria monocytogenes, Micrococcus luteus, Pasturella multocida, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas cepacia, Salmonella enterica, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella enterica serotype pullorum, Salmonella typhi, Salmonella typhimurium , Serratia marcescens, Shigella flexneri, Shigella sonnei, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis , Staphylococcus epidermidis (Ampicillin, Cefazolin, Oxacillin, Penicillin Resistant), Streptococcus agalactiae, Staphylococcus haemolyticus, Streptococcus pneumoniae (Penicillin Resistant), Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus mutans, Staphylococcus aureus (Vancomycin Intermediate Resistant) (VISA), Vibrio cholera, Yersinia enterocolitica. *VIRUCIDAL PERFORMANCE - CHAMP kills the following viruses in 10 minutes at 2 oz. per gal. of 400 ppm hard water (660 ppm active) and 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Avian Influenza A (H5N1) Virus, Avian Influenza A (H3N2) Virus, Cytomegalovirus, Coronavirus (SARS-associated), Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1, Herpes Simplex Virus Type 2, Human Coronavirus, Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1*** (HIV 1) (AIDS Virus), Influenza A (H1N1) Virus, Influenza A (H3N2) Virus, Respiratory Syncytial Virus, SARS-CoV-2*** (COVID-19 virus), Vaccinia Virus. *** Indicates a 2-minute contact time is required for this claim. Personal Protection: Wear protective latex gloves, gowns, masks and eye protection. Cleaning Procedure: Blood and other body fluids containing HIV-1, HBV & HCV must be thoroughly cleaned from hard, non-porous surfaces and objects before application of this product. Disposal of Infectious Materials: Blood and other body fluids, cleaning materials and clothing must be autoclaved and disposed of according to federal, state and local regulations for infectious waste disposal. Contact Time: Allow hard, non-porous surfaces to remain visibly wet for 2 minutes to kill HIV and 10 minutes for all organisms listed on the label. Efficacy test have demonstrated that this product is an effective bactericide, virucide* and fungicide in the presence of organic soil, 5% blood serum, and 400 ppm hard water. TO CONTROL MOLD/MILDEW: Pre-clean visibly soiled areas. Prepare use solution by adding 2 oz. of this product per gal. of water (or equivalent use dilution). Apply use solution to hard, non-porous surfaces which will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew and their odors. Repeat treatment every seven days, or more often if new growth appears. (Not for use in California) SMOKE DAMAGE RESTORATION: CHAMP is effective against odor caused by smoke and water damage. This product is particularly suitable for use in water damage restoration. Dilute 2 - 4 oz. of this product per gal. of water, allowing for the diluting effect of absorbed water within saturated materials. Saturate affected materials with enough product to remain visibly wet for at least 10 minutes. Use proper ventilation. (Not for use in California)WATER AND SMOKE DAMAGE RESTORATION: Effective against odor caused by smoke and water damage. This product is particularly suitable for use in water damage restoration. Dilute 2 - 4 oz. of this product per gal. of water, allowing for the diluting effect of absorbed water within saturated materials. Saturate affected materials with enough product to remain visibly wet for at least 10 minutes. Use proper ventilation GENERAL CLEANING and DEODORIZATION : Apply CHAMP use solution of 2 oz. of this product per gal. of water (or equivalent use dilution) to hard, non-porous surfaces. Rinse or allow to air dry.  Rinse with potable water after use on surfaces that come in contact with food.
