With a low aquatic toxicity - LC50 greater than 10 ppm, SEA-POWER Marine Cleaner & Degreaser meets the EPA NPDES Vessel General Permit requirements effective 12/19/13-2018. SEA-POWER Marine Cleaner & Degreaser is non-flammable, non-emulsifying - Oil/Water Separator safe, NPE/APE free (nonylphenols), phosphate free, caustic free, and readily biodegradable.
